Conflict chart helps you analyze the issues where the team members are in disagreement for a long period of time. If the team is not able to arrive at a consensus, it will have a long-term impact on teams' collaboration and productivity.

This is one of the most important charts for the team.

This chart helps you identify the trend in the teams' conflicts and consider questions like,

  • Which issues are causing frequent conflicts?
  • What coaching is required to help team resolve conflicts and work towards consensus?
  • How can you minimize the conflicts in the team?

Having disagreements amongst your team members is a healthy sign. However, prolonged disagreements can eventually lead to conflicts. If conflicts aren't resolved fast, they lead to delays in completion of tasks. Your goal as a leader should be to have a downward trend in the weekly conflicts so that the productivity of your team isn't impeded.
